Eco Soft is a whole-home system installed at the main water inlet — it softens water for your entire home. Eco Soft Mini is a compact, appliance-specific unit installed just before a single appliance such as a washing machine or geyser.

Does the softened water from Eco Soft need a separate RO for drinking?

Yes. Ion exchange softeners add trace sodium to the water. For drinking purposes, we recommend pairing Eco Soft with an RO purifier — ideally Eco Crystal’s own RO Systems, which are optimised to work with softened water.

How often does the resin need regeneration?
